Bentrovati sul nostro blog! Vi auguriamo un sereno e felice 2021. Come sempre, ci piace migliorare e innovare le funzioni della nostra piattaforma per renderla sempre più performante. Di seguito trovate le nuove funzioni e i miglioramenti sulla nostra piattaforma e sui quali abbiamo lavorato nel mese di Dicembre scorso.

  • Abbiamo lanciato in Beta l’integrazione WooCommerce: nei prossimi giorni pubblicheremo un post ad hoc e un tutorial sul suo funzionamento.
  • Shipping Label: da oggi, per Store in piattaforma, Store Shopify e Store WooCommerce è possibile stampare e allegare al pacco un’etichetta personalizzata. La trovi nel Tab Impostazioni dello Store (Shipping Label). Questa funzione è in beta ed è totalmente gratuita.
  • Abbiamo apportato miglioramenti al sistema di creazione Anteprime per i prodotti personalizzati: l’anteprima verrà mostrata più velocemente.
  • Per tutti gli ordini completati in modalità Dropshipping, Import Csv/Xls, Shopify, Amazon e WooCommerce, sarà possibile modificare l’indirizzo di consegna fino al momento dell’evasione.
  • Utilizzando il metodo di pagamento Wallet, è da oggi possibile annullare in autonomia gli ordini entro un’ora dal completamento e ricevere il rimborso in tempo reale.

A breve verrà annunciato nella vostra dashboard il passaggio di gestione della piattaforma dalla società  1..2..print srl ad Hoplix srl. Questo non comporta cambiamenti nelle condizioni di utilizzo della piattaforma ma, dal mese prossimo, chi emette fattura dovrà intestarla alla nuova società e il cliente le riceverà dalla stessa. Troverete prossimamente tutti i dati in piattaforma.

Abbiamo creato un post che terremo aggiornato per tutto il 2021 in cui vi indicheremo i possibili problemi di fornitura e di consegna.

Novità alle quali stiamo lavorando:

  • Stiamo ultimando il passaggio tecnico alla nuova società Hoplix srl. Al termine di questo processo, lavoreremo per automatizzare tutto il flusso di fatturazione in ingresso e in uscita.
  • Miglioreremo il funzionamento degli Store in piattaforma e il sistema di personalizzazione.
  • Realizzeremo una nuova Dashboard ricca di molte altre funzionalità.

Welcome back to our blog! We wish you a peaceful and happy 2021. As always, we like to improve and innovate the functions of our platform to make it even more efficient. Below you will find the new features and improvements on our platform and on which we worked last December.

  • We have launched the WooCommerce integration in Beta: in the coming days we will publish an ad hoc post and a tutorial on how it works.
  • Shipping Label: from today, for the Store on the platform, Shopify Store and WooCommerce Store, it is possible to print and attach a personalized label to the package. You can find it in the Store Settings Tab (Shipping Label). This feature is in beta and is totally free.
  • We’ve made improvements to the previews creation system for custom products: the preview will show faster.
  • For all orders completed in Dropshipping, Import Csv / Xls, Shopify, Amazon and WooCommerce modes, it will be possible to change the delivery address until the moment of fulfillment.
  • Using the Wallet payment method, it is now possible to independently cancel orders within one hour of completion and receive a refund in real time.

The management passing of the platform from 1..2..print srl to Hoplix srl will be announced soon in your Dashboard. This does not entail changes in the conditions of use of the platform but, from next month, the biller will have to do it to the new company and the customer will receive them from the same. You will soon find all the data on the platform.

We have created a post that we will keep updated throughout 2021 in which we will indicate the possible supply and delivery problems.

News we are working on:

  • We are completing the technical transition to the new company Hoplix srl. At the end of this process, we will work to automate all the inbound and outbound billing flow.
  • We will improve the functioning of the platform Stores and the customization system.
  • We will build a new Dashboard full of many other features.
