How to create products on Hoplix to sell on Etsy
First, after signing up for Hoplix.com start with creating your products , from here you can enter your graphics, choose your color and price.
Selling your products on Etsy
Let’s start by downloading mockups obtained from creating products on Hoplix.
Here’s how to do it:
1.In the “My Products” section, select the product you want to put on Etsy, click on “Actions” and then on “Edit.”
2. Click on “Products” , from here you can change the sale price, upload additional photos if you have them, download the mockup or, for some products, generate mockups of your item;
3. Now you can take that mockup and upload it to Etsy.
How to create a listing on Etsy
After you’ve signed up for Etsy, it’s time to set up a store and customize it however you like!
Now it’s time to create a listing and list your product on Etsy!
Follow the directions you find, enter photos (i.e., mockups previously downloaded from Hoplix) , video, description, and terms of sale
Save settings or preview how it will be viewed by your customers
Your item is now on Etsy!

Here you can set the shipping that will be used on your Etsy account
How to calculate shipping charges on Hoplix
Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order, based on the quantity and type of products and of course based on the destination.
For each product you will find the shipping cost for the first product and the shipping cost per additional product.

How to upload orders to Hoplix
Through the “Manual Order” feature found within your Hoplix account, you can upload orders that come to you from eBay.
You will simply :
select the product from the dropdown provided, (products previously created on Hoplix will appear here)
select the size
select the quantity
Then you can add another product from the bottom provided or click on “Add to Cart” and complete the order.
From the order summary you will see the amount of shipping charges, decide whether to have your courier pick up orders, and whether you would like your order to show up in your account inventory.
Complete the process by entering your buyer’s information in the “Shipping Address” section.
Finally, choose the payment method by which you would like to pay your order to Hoplix.
(Attention! The order will not go into production until payment is credited)
Order Status
On Etsy you must enter the tracking code as soon as the order is processed.
When an order is ready, you will find the order status update directly in your Hoplix account, and at the same time you will receive an email containing the tracking code to enter on Etsy.
Request billing
On Hoplix you can request monthly billing by going into your account’s imports.
Within the “Billing” tab, enter your company information and enable monthly billing for your orders.
Enter the Shipping Label to your orders
At Hoplix you can insert a Shipping Label free of charge to your orders, with your logo respecting the indicated dimensions.
Import larger number of orders
If you receive a very large number of orders you can choose to choose automatic import with Order desk or do import from xls/csv
