Some information on sublimation printing
In sublimation printing, the ink subjected to a certain pressure and temperature has the ability to transform into gas and penetrate inside the fabric. This allows a print without any kind of relief and is suitable for polyester or nylon fabrics.
Our tips for best results
In the first step, you can choose to download the template file and work on your graphics program or use our platform directly. We recommend using the PNG format for transparent background designs and the JPEG format for all other projects. To make sure your design is the same when printed, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

In Cut & Sew Sublimation printing, it is always advisable to choose motifs or full bleed images that extend on the entire size of the document (t-shirt) without leaving white margins and ensuring maximum coverage. Otherwise, any space not covered by your design will remain white and showing the fabric. However, if your design only covers a part of the print area, make sure it has a transparent background and send the image in PNG format. If you wish to display your logo, we suggest you include it in your design as this type of t-shirt doesn’t include a back label to affix it to.
Possible problems
The particular type of sublimation printing can involve to some critical issues related to this printing nature. This means that we cannot guarantee the exact design placement on the various t-shirt sections. You must remember that it’s not possible to perfectly align patterns or images between the front and the back. If, for example, you want to print a colored ribbon that wraps around the entire t-shirt, we cannot guarantee perfect alignment between the front and back prints.
When printing all-over products, the print files must scale according to the sizes. We therefore recommend that you pay attention and keep your designs within the SAFE AREA (orange dashed area) in order not to lose design elements in the complete product. We cannot guarantee that elements you will leave outside this area will fully appear on the complete product. Remember to remove the dashed levels from our models before saving. If not, you will find them on the final print.

You can adapt your design in each t-shirt section (front, back and sleeves) directly from the panel by simply dragging it on each of them.
