Let’s talk today about UpSell, but what is it?
Browsing within your account you may have noticed this wording and thought “What is it for?” , this article explains it to you in a few steps.
What the UpSell is for
In commerce, promotions are crucial, as are ways of displaying them.
The UpSell is one of those very useful functions to entice your customers to buy the products you want by adding an ad hoc promotion.
Let’s activate the UpSell
Clicking on the “UpSell” button from the “Store” section will bring up a screen containing all the campaigns you have created.
Here you can decide which campaign you want the UpSell to display from.
Clicking on “Create UpSell” will bring up this screen that allows you to set your conditions to the product.
The campaign name, campaign url and sale price, are not editable in this section, to edit them you must go to Campaigns > actions > edit
Here you can decide whether to apply a promotion you created on this product (via discount code) and whether you want it to display within the product tab.
Next you can decide which campaigns you want to associate with the campaign you chose in procedenza.
This feature allows you to be able to view other products within the product tab and create an additional promotion for those individual products you have chosen.
Once you have decided scroll down to the bottom of all your campaigns and you will find the “Create UpSell” button
(you can always update it whenever you want by following the same directions!).
Warning. In order for them to show up in your store, you must place them within it.
Go to Store > Create/Manage > Actions > Edit > Products.
There you must select the products you want inside the store.
