What are the production and delivery times?

The production takes about 3-5 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 working days in Italy, with shipping starting at €4.95, 5-8 in Europe and 10-12 in the rest of the world.

Can I ship under my own brand?

Yes, we ship directly to your customer under your brand. With the branding options you can also customise packaging and labels.

How do I send orders to Hoplix?

You can create them manually from your account, import them from a CSV or XLS file, or receive them automatically from the integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other platforms.

How do returns work?

If a product arrives with a printing defect or damaged, you can report it within 14 days of delivery: we reprint it and ship it again. As these are custom products, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

How do I pay for orders?

By credit card, prepaid card, PayPal or bank transfer.
