    The Hundredpercent® HP0TS55XXR model is made with attention to structural finishes that determine durability over time. We offer you sizes from XS to XXL, with a unisex fit designed to adapt to different morphologies without losing definition

    when wearing printed graphics.

    DTG and DTF printing: two technologies, one consistent quality

    For the personalization of this t-shirt, we offer two printing techniques that can be selected when ordering: DTG (Direct To Garment) and DTF (Direct To Film). Both guarantee a color rendering faithful to the original file and good resistance to washing

    • Resolution: up to 1,200×1,200 dpi, for clear definition on textile surfaces even in the finest details.
    • Maximum printable area: 320×400 mm, with a minimum file size of 1,500×1,876 pixels.

    We recommend downloading the official template before preparing the graphic file, in order to respect margins, live area and orientation of the graphic with respect to the construction of the garment.

    Garment washing and care instructions

    To preserve the quality of the fabric and the durability of the print over time, we indicate the following maintenance instructions to be communicated to the end customer:

    • Washing machine: allowed at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
    • Bleach: allowed only in the chlorine-free version.
    • Dry cleaning: not allowed.
    • Ironing: do not iron directly on the print; iron backwards or protect with an intervening cloth.
    • Dryer: allowed at low or medium temperature.

    Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI

    We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

    Create file in sRGB color profile

    To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

    Remove print file template guidelines

    If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

    Tips for getting the best results:

    • Fabric Composition: Our DGT printing process works best on products that have a large amount of cotton, so it is preferable to choose products that have at least 80% cotton or in any case prefer products with the highest cotton percentages.
    • Semi-transparent graphics: Avoid semi-transparent graphics or elements with reduced opacity, as they do not print well with DTG. It is better to use solid colours or simulate semi-transparency with halftones.
    • Large Areas of White: White prints well in DTG prints, provided it is not used in very large, completely solid areas..
    • Same print on white and dark fabric: As mentioned above, if the same file is printed on white and then on dark fabric, the final result may be different..

    Disclaimer:

    • Design positioning as shown in the preview: We cannot guarantee the exact positioning, but we will do our best..
    • Texts that are too small: Small text is hard to see in final products. The smallest font that will be readable under the right conditions is about 6-8 pt or 10-12 pixels tall.
    • Light text on light fabrics: Clear ink used in direct to fabric (DTG) printing tends not to be visible on light-colored materials, as it is very thin. To improve the readability of light text, it is recommended to add a darker colored background to the design.
    • Dark Texts on Dark Fabrics: When printing takes place on dark fabrics, a white base layer is applied. This means that two layers of white ink are printed, followed by a layer of color, to ensure that the color of the design stands out well.
    • Print centering: Although the best techniques are adopted to obtain an accurate result, there may be slight variations in the position of the print as the positioning of the garment takes place manually on the printing machine, It does not represent a mistake but a characteristic of the craftsmanship of the garment.

    DTF printing is preferable to DTG printing in general in the following cases:
    • Versatility: DTF printing may be preferred on products that have a low percentage of cotton (below 70%).
    • Printing on technical fabrics: DTF printing can be used on technical fabrics, such as those used for sportswear or workwear.
    • Small/medium size prints: DTF printing is recommended on prints that are not excessive in size.
    DTG printing is preferable to DTF printing in general in the following cases:
    • Sensation to the touch: DTG printing produces an image that feels more integrated into the fabric than DTF printing.
    • Printing photographic or gradient images: DTG printing is the best choice for printing photographic or gradient images.

    Tips for getting the best results:

    • Transparent or translucent gradients: With transparency of 30-40%, the fusion effect with the fabric is lost and the edges are jagged.
    • Edge quality: Make sure they are sharp enough.
