How to connect it

All you need is this address and your Hoplix account.

Claude

  1. Open Settings > Connectors and choose Add custom connector
  2. Paste the MCP server address and confirm
  3. Log in with your Hoplix account and press Allow

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings > Apps & Connectors and create a connector
  2. Paste the MCP server address and choose OAuth authentication
  3. Log in with your Hoplix account and press Allow

  • You log in with your Hoplix account and decide whether to allow access: the assistant never sees your password.
  • No automatic charges: orders stay unpaid and go into production only after you pay.
  • Test orders and quotes to check everything before ordering for real.
  • Disconnect the assistant whenever you want from the MCP Integration page of your account.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to external services. Once Hoplix is connected, the assistant can use your account with your permission.

Do I need a developer?

No. Paste the server address in the assistant's settings, log in with your Hoplix account and press Allow. It takes two minutes.

Can the assistant spend money for me?

No. Orders created by the assistant stay unpaid: you pay them from the link you also receive by email, and they go into production only after payment.

Can I try without placing real orders?

Yes. The assistant can calculate a quote or create a test order: it is checked and priced like a real one, but it is neither produced nor charged.

How do I disconnect the assistant?

In your account, under Integrations > MCP Integration, press Disconnect: from then on the assistant can no longer access it.

Does it cost anything?

No, the integration is free. You only pay for the products and shipping of your orders, as always.
