To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

Tips for getting the best results:

Fabric Composition: Il nostro processo di stampa DGT funziona meglio sui prodotti che hanno una grande quantità di cotone, è quindi preferibile scegliere prodotti che hanno almeno 80% di cotone o comunque preferire prodotti con le percentuali di cotone maggiore.
Semi-transparent graphics: Evitare l'uso di grafiche semitrasparenti o elementi con opacità ridotta, poiché non si ottengono buoni risultati nella stampa DTG. È consigliabile preferire colori a tinta unita o simulare la semitrasparenza con l'uso di mezzi toni.
Large Areas of White: White prints well in DTG prints, provided it is not used in very large, completely solid areas..
Same print on white and dark fabric: As mentioned above, if the same file is printed on white and then on dark fabric, the final result may be different..

Texts that are too small: Il testo di piccole dimensioni è difficile da vedere nei prodotti finali. Il carattere più piccolo che sarà leggibile nelle giuste condizioni è di circa 6-8 pt o 10-12 pixel di altezza.
Testi Chiari su Tessuti Chiari: Inchiostro chiaro utilizzato nella stampa diretta su tessuto (DTG) tende a non essere visibile su materiali di colore chiaro, poiché è molto sottile. Per migliorare la leggibilità del testo chiaro, si consiglia di aggiungere uno sfondo di colore più scuro al design.
Dark Texts on Dark Fabrics: When printing takes place on dark fabrics, a white base layer is applied. This means that two layers of white ink are printed, followed by a layer of color, to ensure that the color of the design stands out well.
Centratura della stampa: Although the best techniques are adopted to obtain an accurate result, there may be slight variations in the position of the print as the positioning of the garment takes place manually on the printing machine, non rappresenta un errore ma una caratteristica dell'artigianalità del capo.
