Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI

We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

Create file in sRGB color profile

To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

Tips for getting the best results:

Fabric Composition: Our DGT printing process works best on products that have a large amount of cotton, so it is preferable to choose products that have at least 80% cotton or in any case prefer products with the highest cotton percentages.
Semi-transparent graphics: Evitare l'uso di grafiche semitrasparenti o elementi con opacità ridotta, poiché non si ottengono buoni risultati nella stampa DTG. È consigliabile preferire colori a tinta unita o simulare la semitrasparenza con l'uso di mezzi toni.
Large Areas of White: White prints well in DTG prints, provided it is not used in very large, completely solid areas..
Same print on white and dark fabric: As mentioned above, if the same file is printed on white and then on dark fabric, the final result may be different..

Disclaimer:

Design positioning as shown in the preview: We cannot guarantee the exact positioning, but we will do our best..
Texts that are too small: Small text is hard to see in final products. The smallest font that will be readable under the right conditions is about 6-8 pt or 10-12 pixels tall.
Testi Chiari su Tessuti Chiari: Clear ink used in direct to fabric (DTG) printing tends not to be visible on light-colored materials, as it is very thin. To improve the readability of light text, it is recommended to add a darker colored background to the design.
Dark Texts on Dark Fabrics: When printing takes place on dark fabrics, a white base layer is applied. This means that two layers of white ink are printed, followed by a layer of color, to ensure that the color of the design stands out well.
Centratura della stampa: Although the best techniques are adopted to obtain an accurate result, there may be slight variations in the position of the print as the positioning of the garment takes place manually on the printing machine, It does not represent a mistake but a characteristic of the craftsmanship of the garment.

If you use the Hoplix Store or Campaigns, your Payout should be calculated as follows: Sales Price (excl. VAT) - Base Price (VAT excl.) - Difference in VAT between the base cost and the sale price - Payment fee (on the difference between the base piece and the sale price)

INTEGRATIONS/CSV/XLS/MANUAL ORDERS

If you are an Italian operator and you use Hoplix for production and shipping with a Business account and not, the current VAT of 22%.

If you are a non-Italian business operator, you can request exemption from the VAT charge and pay the amount net of VAT. The request must be made in your account settings.

Product prices may also vary based on the revenue you generated on Hoplix in the previous month. Revenue is calculated net of shipping costs, taxes and promotional discounts.
