    We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

    To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

    If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

    Tips for getting the best results:

    • Transparent or translucent gradients: With transparency of 30-40%, the fusion effect with the fabric is lost and the edges are jagged.
    • Edge quality: Make sure they are sharp enough.

    The print starts about 6-7 cm below the collar.
    How does the print adapt to different sizes?
    The maximum print area is the one shown on the product page. On some sizes it is not possible to respect the maximum area: in these cases the print area may be adapted to the product.
    How should I wash my personalized garments?
    Wash the garment inside out at 30 degrees, without bleach.
    Do not iron directly on the print and do not use the dryer.
