Printing Process

  • Maximum resolution: 2,400 x 1,200 dpi.
  • 12-color system: LUCIA PRO pigment ink technology with ChromaOptimizer.

The maximum print area that we can manage on each panel corresponds to the size of the canvas, i.e. 40x50 cm. For an impeccable result, we recommend that you prepare a file with a minimum resolution of 4650 x

3000 pixels.

The basic price of the canvas set starts at €59.90, but by activating the loyalty program the cost drops to €57.90. Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI

We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

Create file in sRGB color profile

To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

Remove print file template guidelines

If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

If you use the Hoplix Store or Campaigns, your Payout should be calculated as follows: Sales Price (excl. VAT) - Base Price (VAT excl.) - Difference in VAT between the base cost and the sale price - Payment fee (on the difference between the base piece and the sale price)
