Personalization and printable area
We can print your logo or graphic on a maximum area of 165 x 105 millimeters. To obtain a clear result, the file you send us must have a minimum size of 1949 x 1240 pixels. We provide a downloadable template to set up the graphics correctly before ordering
.
Printing technique
For this garment we use dye-sublimation technology. The printing is carried out with a resolution of up to 720 x 1,440 dpi and with eco-sustainable inks certified ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®. This process allows you to obtain defined colors and good resistance to daily use.
Washing and care of the product
The mask cover is machine washable in cold water. We recommend a gentle wash with mild detergent. To preserve the quality of the fabric and the print, we avoid bleaching
and wringing.
How is it shipped
We prepare the shipment in recycled plastic bags in A4 format. We can apply a label with your brand for free, without reference to the manufacturer or the cost, neither on the packaging nor inside it.

The base price for single-sided printing is €14.90 including VAT. With Hoplix Plus the cost drops to €13.90 including VAT. Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI
We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.
Create file in sRGB color profile
To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.
Use live images
To ensure maximum coverage, use live images with graphic elements that span the entire size of the document. However, if your design covers only part of the print area, make sure it has a transparent background and send the image in PNG format.
Remove print file template guidelines
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.
Tips for getting the best results:
- Full Press Products: When creating sublimated products where the printing area covers the entire surface of the product, at least 1 cm of margin must be taken into account, for the positioning of the print on the product and therefore important elements of the printing or texts should not be inserted in this margin.
- Inchiostro Bianco: Questa tipologia di stampa non utilizza inchiostri bianchi, si raccomanda di tenerlo presente quando si crea il design.
Disclaimer:
- Design positioning as shown in the preview: We cannot guarantee the exact positioning, but we will do our best..
- Print on non-white media: Sublimation printers do not use white inks, so when printing on colored media, the color white will not be printed..

INTEGRATIONS/CSV/XLS/MANUAL ORDERS
If you are an Italian operator and you use Hoplix for production and shipping with a Business account and not, the current VAT of 22%.
If you are a non-Italian business operator, you can request exemption from the VAT charge and pay the amount net of VAT. The request must be made in your account settings.
Product prices may also vary based on the revenue you generated on Hoplix in the previous month. Revenue is calculated net of shipping costs, taxes and promotional discounts.
