Ringspun Cotton: What's Different From Regular Cotton

For this model, we select 100% Ringspun semi-combed cotton, a natural fiber processed with ring spinning that produces a thinner, more compact and uniform yarn than conventional carded cotton. The result is a fabric that is significantly softer to the touch, with a smoother surface that responds better to graphic printing and maintains its shape longer over

With a weight of 155 g/m² in simple jersey, the t-shirt offers a light and breathable texture - consistent with the natural characteristics of cotton - remaining suitable for direct wear in contact with the skin throughout the year.

Front and Back Personalization: DTG or DTF

We offer two distinct printing technologies to adapt to the graphic needs of each project, with a maximum printable area of 320 × 400 mm and a minimum file size of 3,149 × 3,937 pixels.

DTG — Direct to Garment

We deposit inks directly into cotton fibers using high-precision printheads. DTG technology is the ideal choice for gradient graphics, photographs and compositions with many shades, ensuring faithful color rendering up to 1,200 × 1,200 dpi

DTF — Direct to Film

We transfer the graphic through thermal film pressed onto the fabric with heat and pressure. The DTF technique excels on flat layered logos, sharp edges and high saturated colors, with good performance even on darker backgrounds

Head and Press Care

To preserve both the fabric and the personalized graphic over time, here are the washing instructions to follow:

• Machine wash: max 30°C
• If necessary, only use chlorine-free bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly on the press — iron the inside out
• Dryer allowed at low or medium temperature
