Printable area and personalization

The personalization takes place on the front visor. Here's the maximum printable area of 110 x 60 millimeters. For a sharp result, we recommend preparing the file with a minimum size of 1299 x

709 pixels.

We provide the downloadable template to facilitate the graphic setup. The printing is done with dye-sublimation technology, with a resolution of up to 720 x 1,440 dpi. We use eco-friendly inks certified ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX

®.

Washing and maintenance

To preserve the quality of the cap and the print, we recommend the washing instructions:

Machine washable at a temperature of up to 30°C or 105°F
Use only chlorine-free bleach
Do not dry clean
Do not iron on the press or iron backwards
Tumble dry at low or medium temperature

Packaging and shipping

We prepare each cap with a shipment designed for your business. The product is usually folded and placed in recycled plastic bags in A4 format. We apply the label with your brand free of charge, without any reference to the manufacturer or the cost, neither outside nor inside the package

The base price for single-sided printing is €8.90 including VAT. With Hoplix Plus the cost drops to €7.50 including VAT. The template represents the printing area of the chosen product.

Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI

We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

Create file in sRGB color profile

To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

Use live images

To ensure maximum coverage, use live images with graphic elements that span the entire size of the document. However, if your design covers only part of the print area, make sure it has a transparent background and send the image in PNG format.

Remove print file template guidelines

If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

Tips for getting the best results:

Full Press Products: When creating sublimated products where the printing area covers the entire surface of the product, at least 1 cm of margin must be taken into account, for the positioning of the print on the product and therefore important elements of the printing or texts should not be inserted in this margin.
Inchiostro Bianco: Questa tipologia di stampa non utilizza inchiostri bianchi, si raccomanda di tenerlo presente quando si crea il design.

HOPLIX STORES AND CAMPAIGNS

If you use the Hoplix Store or Campaigns, your Payout should be calculated as follows: Sales Price (excl. VAT) - Base Price (VAT excl.) - Difference in VAT between the base cost and the sale price - Payment fee (on the difference between the base piece and the sale price)

Hoplix will invoice the end customer for the amount of the order in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. If the end customer is from a non-EU country, the latter may be required to pay taxes and duties.

INTEGRATIONS/CSV/XLS/MANUAL ORDERS

If you are an Italian operator and you use Hoplix for production and shipping with a Business account and not, the current VAT of 22%.

If you are a non-Italian business operator, you can request exemption from the VAT charge and pay the amount net of VAT. The request must be made in your account settings.

Product prices may also vary based on the revenue you generated on Hoplix in the previous month. Revenue is calculated net of shipping costs, taxes and promotional discounts.
