    How is this entrance rug made

    We have selected a polyester surface similar to felt, soft to the touch but capable of retaining incoming dust. Underneath, a 3 millimeter thick foam backing insulates from the floor and ensures an effective non-slip grip, without the need

    for additional nets or inserts.

    The overall size is 40 x 60 centimeters, a format that is well suited to residential entrances, offices and exhibition spaces. The size is one size fits all.

    Printable area and color rendering

    You can decorate the entire surface of the product, taking advantage of a useful area of 610 x 410 millimeters. For optimal definition, the file you upload must have a minimum size of 3602 x 2421 pixels. We provide a downloadable template to set up the graphics precisely before proceeding to checkout

    We use dye-sublimation technology, which fixes ink in polyester fibers with a resolution of up to 720 x 1,440 dpi. The inks are eco-sustainable and certified ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®. The result is a print that resists walking without cracking or fading quickly

    The unit cost starts at 14.90€ including VAT. Those who subscribe to Hoplix Plus get a reduced rate of 13.90€ including VAT per single piece. The printing is provided on one side, the upper one. You can view prices with or without VAT based on your reserved area

    Maintenance and cleaning

    To maintain the brilliance of the print and the integrity of the foam rubber, we suggest a few simple steps.

    • Delicate wash, preferably by hand
    • Use a mild detergent, without aggressive substances
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not wring out: excess water must be removed with light pressure
    • Let it dry in a horizontal position, away from direct heat sources

    Packaging and delivery

    We ship each doormat in a flat Havana box measuring 46 x 36 x 5 centimeters, weighing 210 grams. We apply a label with your brand for free, so the package arrives at an already recognizable destination. Inside and outside the package, there are no references to the manufacturer or information on the cost.

    Download the Template file

    The template represents the printing area of the chosen product.

    Send PNG or JPEG files with at least 150 DPI

    We recommend using PNG for drawings with a transparent background. For other projects, we recommend preparing JPEG files instead.

    Create file in sRGB color profile

    To ensure that your design is the same when printed as it is on the screen, be sure to create your print file in the sRGB color profile.

    Use live images

    To ensure maximum coverage, use live images with graphic elements that span the entire size of the document. However, if your design covers only part of the print area, make sure it has a transparent background and send the image in PNG format.

    Remove print file template guidelines

    If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide levels before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they will appear in the press.

    Tips for getting the best results:

    • Full Press Products: When creating sublimated products where the printing area covers the entire surface of the product, at least 1 cm of margin must be taken into account, for the positioning of the print on the product and therefore important elements of the printing or texts should not be inserted in this margin.
    • White ink: This printing method does not use white ink, so please keep this in mind when creating your design.

    Disclaimer:

    • Design positioning as shown in the preview: We cannot guarantee the exact positioning, but we will do our best..
    • Print on non-white media: Sublimation printers do not use white inks, so when printing on colored media, the color white will not be printed..

    If you are an Italian operator and you use Hoplix for production and shipping with a Business account and not, the current VAT of 22%.

    If you are a non-Italian business operator, you can request exemption from the VAT charge and pay the amount net of VAT. The request must be made in your account settings.

    Product prices may also vary based on the revenue you generated on Hoplix in the previous month. Revenue is calculated net of shipping costs, taxes and promotional discounts.
