We make this pillow case for those looking for a durable rectangular support that is easy to customize. We select 100% polyester to guarantee high color rendering and good resistance to washing. The finished size is 45x75 cm: this is a standard size, suitable for pillows and pillows for bed or furniture. We don't provide the padding, so you reduce weight and bulk in shipping. We insert a zip on the bottom to uncover and remove the pillowcase effortlessly

We apply personalization with dye-sublimation technology (sublimation printing). We achieve a resolution of up to 720 x 1,440 dpi and use eco-sustainable inks with ECO PASSPORT certification from OEKO-TEX®. The maximum printable area is 343 x 600 mm. We recommend a file with a minimum size of 5905 x 3376 pixels to avoid loss of definition; we provide the template for the correct positioning of the graphics

The reference SKU for this item is pillowcase-45x75. The available sizes are only 45x75 cm. We offer the pillowcase in the T.U. variant (one size fits all). The color indicated in the knowledge sheet is generic; for customizations on colored backgrounds, contact us before purchasing, because sublimation works best on light or white surfaces

Washing and care of the product

To keep the print vivid and the fabric intact, we follow these washing instructions that we recommend you share with your end customers:

• Machine wash in cold water
• Use a gentle cycle and a mild detergent

The 100% polyester material is resistant but tends to dull with high temperatures or aggressive chemicals. By following these simple rules, sublimation graphics will maintain high sharpness and brilliance

Shipping, packaging and invisible branding

We ship each pillowcase in recycled plastic bags (A3 size). You can apply a label with your brand for free (shipping label) at no additional cost. No reference to our name or the cost of the product appears on the outer box or inside the package: in this way your customers receive a completely invisible shipment ready for your brand

Cost, checkout and purchase

The price for a pillowcase with a print on one side starts at €12.90 including VAT (or €12.50 with Hoplix Plus). Double-sided printing costs €15.90 including VAT (€15.50 with Hoplix Plus). During checkout, you see both price options (ivato and non ivato). Add the product to the cart, select the print side and upload your graphic. Shipping is calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
